Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Tags & accessories included

• No visible damage

3. Return Process

Customers may:

• Initiate return via account dashboard

Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by the seller or logistics partner.

4. Quality Check

Returned items undergo seller quality inspection before refund approval.

5. Refund Timeline

• Refund initiated within 3–5 business days after approval

• Credited to original payment method

• Bank processing may take additional 3–7 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Customized products

• Clearance or final sale items
